Rotate PDF

Fix sideways or upside-down pages — all pages at once or just the ones you choose.

Scanned documents often land sideways. Phone photos of pages come in portrait when you wanted landscape. A single rotated page in the middle of a report can make the whole file awkward to read. This tool lets you correct any combination of pages in one pass: pick all pages or click individual thumbnails to select only the ones that need fixing, choose your rotation direction, and download a corrected PDF in seconds. Rotation is a lossless operation — the page content itself is untouched, only a metadata flag changes, so file size and quality are preserved exactly.

How to Use

  1. 1

Drop your PDF onto the upload area, or click to browse.

  2. 2

Choose "All pages" to rotate every page, or "Selected pages" to click individual thumbnails.

  3. 3

Pick your rotation: 90° right (clockwise), 90° left (counter-clockwise), or 180°.

  4. 4

Click "Rotate" and download the corrected PDF.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I rotate only certain pages?

Yes — switch to "Selected pages" mode and click any thumbnail to toggle it on or off. Only the selected pages will be affected when you apply the rotation.

Does rotating reduce quality?

No. Rotation is stored as a metadata attribute in the PDF. The actual page content — fonts, images, vector graphics — is never re-encoded or resampled, so there is no quality loss and the file size barely changes.

What is the difference between 90° right and 90° left?

90° right rotates pages clockwise — a portrait page becomes a landscape page with content on the right side. 90° left is counter-clockwise. 180° turns the page upside down.

What if some pages are already rotated?

The tool reads each page's existing rotation and adds your chosen angle on top. A page already set to 90° becomes 180° when you rotate it 90° right.
